About Me

As a professional English & IT teacher, business & academic mentor and coach, with passions for language, travel and lifelong learning, I work with individuals and groups around the world to help others grow in confidence and unlock their true potential.

After many years in UK military, corporate and educational institutions, I decided to launch my online business to teach Academic English to international adults as well as offering one-on-one guidance and mentorship to business owners. When I’m not teaching or coaching, you can usually find me building a website, editing a book for a client or travelling. I also incorporate some holistic techniques within my programmes to help reduce stress and enhance wellbeing helping you to achieve your goals while still coping with a busy schedule!

I’m fortunate that through having such a diverse lifestyle picking up amazing experiences along the way, I have developed an incredible network of business partners, colleagues and friends from all over the world!

They’ve taught me that the secret to true fulfilment is by consistently interacting with our network and to keep working together to get the greatest results and because I am passionate about sharing great things, helping others, education and travel I am excited to be able to share some of those opportunities and incredible people with you!

Hiroki, committed to safeguarding Japan's forests, embarked on a transformative journey. Over a year, we collaborated closely, refining his English for the Academic IELTS exam. "Lisa's tour to Southport was very informative and it was obvious that a lot of thought and research had gone into this. She started off by the memorial to the RNLI tragedy of 1886 in which two out of three lifeboats, that had gone to the rescue of a German vessel called the Mexico, tragically capsized and the crews lost their lives, but the Mexico was saved. I have probably walked past this memorial on numerous occasions, and I had no idea. Then Lisa took us for a walk along the pier. She had checked the times of the tides so that we'd able to see the sea (as when the tide is out, the sea is very far away). The weather was perfect. A very enjoyable tour."
